Diabolical customer service
Tried to change name on an account, as account holder had died. Their bereavement office kept asking to speak to account holder. Wouldn't change name or details. After deciding to leave it as it was, they cut the line off without any notice. Mum thought there was a fault for 3 days as no one could call her and she couldn't dial out. If you ring to try to speak to someone they pass you back and forth, rubbish service. We've gone to a better company. User's recommendation: Don't use Talk Talk.
