Very poor experience with Windows Direct

First I was told it would take 10-12 weeks; it actually took 5 months and that was after many phone calls. In addition the size of the main window was made smaller, the doors do not slide easily; the storm door was the wrong color. The storm door was not installed properly. The installers left old gloves and a razor blade laying around; they did not replace outdoor furniture that they had moved and the glass was not fully cleaned. I attempted to negotiate a lower price and they have been complete bullies and even though I sent a "final" check and asked that they cash it if in agreement with the amount. They cashed it and now are harassing me again. User's recommendation: You do not want to do business with these people (greater Cincinnati area).
