This is the most useless and crooky service provider I have ever dealt with. My water account more than doubled over a month from the previous month, mind you I live alone and not even been around for over a week. Shop AZ Electronics service personnel almost do not understand Canadian at all. The worst thing is that they look at you stupidly, as if they understand everything and do not answer. Only when you say something in Italian can you expect an answer.
