Lack of notifications

Working from home out since 4/3 last night 7pm Still out since 7am this morning its now 6:30 pm on 4/4 I work from home I pay for service and expect what I pay for If I cant work YOU cant get paid I expect a refund or credit and an email telling me when I WIll be back in service Thats the LEAST you can do My email- sbandola2@***.com User's recommendation: If service is going to take place notify people BEFORE you start and an expected outage duration.
