Well Im not sure what happened but I am sure knowing I may lose the connection w customer service 3 times not once did they return my call to keep working on problem. The hotspot button in the panel up too has disappeared as well ...i am only able to turn hotspot on and off cannot click it and get anything like password or change the name or access in any way. User's recommendation: Poor customer service ..
