Still trying to get refund

Returned chair to the store, and they didn't refund my money back to my card after three weeks. I made five calls to the customer service department and to the store with no resolution. I finally reached someone (Lauren) that took the time to take care of the problem. I really pray that I will receive the refund in five to seven days.
