Sim card does not work

I received new iPhone placed sim card phone saws no sim tried several times same no sim Last tried sim card out of flip phone no sim what can I do lost the extension for card, can i get another Sim card it has been 2 weeks no phone ! Sim card works in my old Z T E. smart! not phone I hate this phone cant message it is the worst.Tell me why I had to buy sim card extensions when I have a warranty on the new iphone. It has been month now! how LONG. Th
