Need to resolve incorrect bill and credit report!
att representatives will not discuss my account bc its closed. despite no longer having passcode to closed account, giving them social etc. they will not discuss or look at documentation showing paid bill and dates service was moved overlapping in my favor. They do continue to have bill collectors calling for false bill and also have now a credit report against my credit report- needs to be removed and this error resolved! I have documentation if att will look at it! S Gonzalez User's recommendation: steer clear! impossible to deal with!
