Several repairs right after warranty expired. Hundreds of dollars. Needed new brew unit. Purchased. Right after that $340 replacement another problem "flow meter" repair. Wrote to Miele in Germany. One person from US called but did not follow through - even though directed by Miele Germany! Called again today. Have name but I cannot get into any phone number for this person! Pulling teeth. This is a true lemon!
