I just received my a/c unit – return it

I received my Blaux portable A/C unit. I bought it to use in my car. It just does nothing. No cooling! I even thought of keeping it for a small room. Didnt work. This item does nothing it says it does. I need instructions on how to return it. I also bought more filters and an extended warranty.
