I want to confirm my order if it’s placed since I didn’t receive any email

Hi , I placed an order of sofa and love seat : Order Details Order Id #157364 (Web) Placed at01/04/2021 Order statusCanceled Order status change date03/25/2021 On the day of purchase or the next day , I did not receive any confirmation through email, nor a phone call . I got suspicious that this is not a dependable online link . My credit card had a withdrawn the money Of $702.06 . Hope wykes refund my credit ASAP. Thanks Wafa Ibrahim
