Have not received what I purchased

I purchased a bedroom set, couch and love seat, and a dining table and chairs. It's been 3 MONTHS and I have not received my dining table and chairs. I call once a week for a status check and I'm always told "next week". Their customer service reps never follow up with me or give me a courtesy call to update me on the status of my table and chairs. I received a customer service email from Jarons asking to rate my satisfaction. I gave a one star rating and explained my experience and I did not hear back from Jarons. Trash. Very disappointing. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
