Repair of Bluetooth speaker

Got an email saying I would get product back last week as part had come in. After two 40-50 minute calls to customer service part in fact had not come in and no update on when part would be available. Original estimate of repair two weeks from 03 Feb. when I paid. Adding insult to injury got an email this am From Bose For a survey on customer service cant wait to respond.
