I am unable to call 981901**** as Not registered on network message appears.

When i try to call msg appears that Not registered on network for last 4 5 months. Now i want to port yhe operator but neither calls going through nor Sms is delivered. Pl see that i get port confirmation code.

Suggestions

I am a senior citizen in Mumbai. I am a dolphin user. I have a suggestion that increase SIM card validity from one year to five year with extra charge so that we dont have to come there for the same. Thankyou

Wrong plan on bill
