I returned shoes for credit. I do not have the order #, but the charge is on my VISA card. I used your return label to return. The shoes were picked up by USPS at my front desk, but Hoka has no record of receiving them. I am out $169.60 and do not want to buy more Hoka shoes. User's recommendation: I had return problem - shoes were lost -.
