Non-responsive to a guest’s complaint
I was bitten by a spider at their hotel and still have after effects on my leg. I submitted a complaint to the hotel’s management and after two weeks I still have no reply from them. I also got ticketed for a wrong parking spot while parking at the hotel premises, and had to spend two hours arguing with the management. While the food and the amenities were great, the staff needs better training.
