Wrong products sent

Have been emailing and sent photo of wrong products sent. The only thing to transpire is I can keep the wrong products as gesture of goodwill, but still waiting for the correct products that I ordered and paid for. I have been trying to resolve this, but still no clear indication as to how and when I will receive the three products that I ordered online. Appalling customer service, will not be ordering from Savers again.
