I am amazed by seeing so many poor reviews on this bank. From my side, I did not have any complaints or misunderstandings except for one. Their team was sometimes supportive and sometimes rude whenever I called them to address my inquiry. Nevertheless, they always alerted me about any suspicious transactions (which were all mine) to ensure my funds are secured and not misused. There are few people claiming that they are hard to reach by phone. Yes, such events may happen but during the busy hours and they are common with every facility that has many clients. Furthermore, I do believe that the waiting time is no longer than 10 minutes.
