I am amazed by seeing so many poor reviews on this bank. From my side, I did not have any complaints or misunderstandings except for one. Their team was sometimes supportive and sometimes rude whenever I called them to address my inquiry. Violation of patients' rights and poor work organization.

15. 05. 2020. An infant less than a month old had an appointment at a specific time with a Usg specialist at a children's clinical university hospital in Tornakalns. Bkus customer service staff had indicated a specific time on 15. 05. 2020. At 9. 00. Bkus at the specified time, the receptionist did not allow to go to the specified specialist and asked to wait for an invitation from the receptionist. After repeatedly addressing the reception staff about the check-in time (9. 00 am) and how long to wait until they could see the specialist, they replied that they could not be admitted to the specialist and that they were not ordering and that they were going to do something now. " own "patients (without specifying who they are) and so waiting when calling. Just after more than 1. 5 hours of waiting and nervousness and after questioning the reception staff to call some bkus administration representatives, the mother with the baby was at a usg specialist to get the service.
