They sent my replacement cards to the wrong address they hang up on you so rudely not once but over 10 times they take out unnecessary fees they charge you even if they are in the wrong $35 to send it to you after they messed up on their end please do not make the same mistake I did i am switching to NetSpend ASAP User's recommendation: Do not go business with them i wax a loyal customer for 5 years and I wish I wouldn't of never got involved.
