Won’t run!

We just bought yesterday for our granddaughters birthday! Put together claims fully charged. Online it says to charge 18 hours EVEN IF solid green. We have..... STILL will NOT run. And of course they're not in due to corona virus. Everything is by email. After looking through other comments its apparent I'm out of money. User's recommendation: Call me to resolve my issue. Thats a lot of money to be out and unfair to my granddaughter.
