Battery stopped working

My daughter got hers christmas of 2018. It worked twice and by the summer of 2019, it stopped working. I am so upset that all of that money went down the drain and Ive been trying to find a solution since then. User’s recommendation: Do not recommend.

My sons dynacraft 24vt utv will not go forward! We have only had it for 4 months!
