Will not give you accurate prescription information

3

I have been a patient of the MyEyeDr Arrowwood location for over 15 years. I've always had decent service and felt that I was being taken care of. However, now that I no longer live or work close enough to continue going there they make it impossible to get a copy of your prescription. I want my prescription for two reasons; 1) I no longer live in proximity to their location and 2) I want to buy more glasses to match my outfits and would prefer to buy them online and not pay retail costs for color coordinating. I have been trying to get my prescriptions for over 8 weeks and then they finally sent me the PDF. I knew right away it was wrong. I both far and nearsightedness with an astigmatism. My "prescription" reads out that I have an RX type of Progressive which is true however they only provided the far nearsightedness (OD/OS) numbers and they are (+) numbers only. There is clearly missing information and Im sure it was not by accident. Then if you look at my wifes prescription she is nearsighted only. However, again if you look at the (D/OS) numbers hers are for someone who is far sighted. Bottom Line - If you want to always by everything from this place then they will suit your needs. However if you want a little more control over your own prescriptions I highly recommend you go to Walmart as they have better customer service by far.
