Negligence
I recommend instructing your employees not to stick labels on top of the recipient's contact information! Due to this sticker, the pickup bodyguard was unable to find the shipment. After wasting time and nerves, showing a photo with the look of a packet, I finally managed to find a shipment worth 70 dollars. Who knows how many shipments will disappear like this!
