I called USAA roadside assistance for a dead battery near an major airport. USAA roadside assistance told me someone would come within an hour. After an hour passed I called again. Agent told me to wait 15 minutes and call back. I called back and spoke with a supervisor who said he would find out when they could be there and call me back. 20 minutes later after no return call, I called back. They were very rude and said they cancelled the company and called someone else out. In all I waited 2 1/2 hours for a jump. Ridiculous!
