Urgently need to postpone my flight

I have been calling royal air maroc for days now and no way I could reach them. I have an urgent matter that just occurred and I can't take my trip as I planned for it. Now I have to reschedule or postpone my flight and there is no way I could reach nor there is a way I could do it online. Could someone please help. Or get in contact with me. It's very URGENT. Thank you.
