I have been a decade old customer. The old lie that nonvendor on insurance list and refusing to take a Medicare or Medicare part b company like Umwa alleging it is not a legal insurance thT can do business with Edgepark. Edgepark refused to filled out medical verification form and attach my medical documentarian to wash order with their billing attempts as requested. They never call me or insurance just cancel my order and make me suffer wash out old bags due to waiting for new ones to come each time it comes from auto ship
