I would give them a negative rating if I could. They sent me two pant suits - one I couldn't zip up and I had given them my correct measurements. The second was just pieces of fabric that were never sewn together. I wish I could show pictures. I ordered both pant suits for a wedding and the wedding has come and gone. Here is the email they sent me in regards to my request for a refund: We would like to inform that all our products get shipped after a double quality check process and regret to see that it has surpassed in your order, Considering the cost and time involved in returning the product, we kindly request you retain the same by altering it locally and we will provide the alteration cost in the form of a store credit which can be used for your future purchase. "It would be a good idea to read the FAQ Section to know more about our policies Warm Regards, Deepa This is an unacceptable response. I've been patient and kindly requested a full refund and they tell me I need to get the pant suits altered locally and they will repay me in store credit. How is that a value to me? Not to mention, the wedding had already come and gone and I don't intend to wear the pant suits in the future. I've also had several other friends who received pant suits they were unable to fit into. Cbazaar's quality is clearly inconsistent and their customer service is not professional. They don't seem to care about their customers.
