Trying to schedule and appoitment in the Poinciana office is really hard.
I 'been trying to schedule and appointment at the Poinciana office. The orthodontic Dept. never pick up the phone only and answering service and I have left a few messages with the info they request to call me back but no answer. Looks like they don't follow a work policy they do what they want in that office very poor customer service. My experience so far hasn't been pleasant at all.
