I have asked repeadedly that I was having a hard time making my June Payment I recently received documentation to have my Mortgage Automatically deducted from Acct 7172. I also thought that my June payment would be taken out so far that has not happpened. My Cell No is 602-814-****. I also have asked why there is a 400.00 charge on my Mortgage from day one when I swirched over from Chase to Mr, Cooper. I am not hard to work with but then dont take advantage of me . My Payment of 980.32 has been the same for awhile. Ive asked questions and never have received any answers. While with Chase NEVER had any issues, NEVER missed a payment or was Late with a Payment. Please Answer my Questions or calll mt Cell 602-814-****. I dont need this stress at this time in my Life Thank you Thomas Novak
