Ordered a 14 day free sample. Was charged for full amount after receiving 7 days later. Was told that the trail starts from shipping order and not delivery! When asked to cancel my order I was told I have already been charged for the full price. Don't waste your time with the first person you talk to. Precede directly over to a supervisor to process a return and refund.
