They haven’t gotten worse and worse
I signed up about 3 months ago. I had to use the twice very quickly and they were great. They actually spoke English and were very professional. Then last week. ATT decided I needed a new modem. Nothing was wrong with the first one. They sent a tech out and he installed in about 15 minutes. Supposedly set up phone, computer, printer and other TV Well when I got home that afternoon. TV's did not have sound. Computer would not come on and Wifi would not connect. I called connect tech / Ogden and he worked on computer and modem on line for about 3 hours. Then he brought his supervisor on Calvin. They spent another 2 hours and had no solution. I could not believe these guys and AT&T, I had to call Best buy Geek squad out to fix the next day. $$$$ I believe they had all these high dollar in country tech that knew what they were doing and when they got enoung subscription they brought in the guys from Pakistan for cheap. They had no idea what they were doing they entire 5 hour ordeal.
