I have signed up for Birchbox 5 months ago. 5 months = 5 boxes. I was supposed to get a box every month but in total I received 2 boxes and tons of empty promises. When I contacted Birchbox customer service they said they'll find out what was going on and promised to contact me back later, but that never happened, and that's not all. When I tried to reach them myself and asked for a refund they ignored me! These people are the worst ever, do not deal with them!
