I get a script for HydroCodone, Costco demands a reasn code. Doctor sends code. Costco then demands a Diagnosis code. Doctor sends it. Costco demands detailed desctiption of condition. I go to get it and deliver by hand. I Notify Costco that if they do not accecpt this...
