The best attitude to customers

Both my parents and me have accounts in this bank. So I have a lot to say. First, they strive to work as quickly as possible. There are often lines but they move fast. As a rule you do not have to wait for more than 15–20 minutes to talk to a teller. Sure if you just want to make a deposit or to withdraw some cash it is better to use an ATM. My mom and dad are not so good at dealing with ATMs. But in the lobby there is always a person who can help with ATMs so they do not have to stay in lines. I visited several branches and everywhere the staff were friendly and helpful. They always answer all the questions with a smile. As for lines I suppose there are lines in every line. So that is not a big disadvantage.

Very nice people work there and such a lame online banking, very inconvenient, maybe it was done for greater security. But it takes so much unnecessary manipulation and time that I am thinking about changing the bank.
