When I made my first purchase from Humanhairwefts.com I absolutely loved it! I literally wore the same hair through my whole pregnancy without any issues! I was able to cut and color it without a problem and the hair still looked fabulous. I received so many compliments I made sure to refer everyone to this site, I even made a YouTube video!...however after my fourth order with them things changed for the worse. The hair took almost a month to be delivered and I never received a tracking number. I emailed the owner several times and her response always took so long. After about three and a half weeks I finally got the hair. Upon receiving it I noticed something was not right. Even the feel of the hair was not the same. It wasn't until my install that I knew this was not the same quality of hair I had grown used to. I was ashamed to brush it because it shed so horribly( which I had to do at least every 30 min because of the terrible matting and tangling). I emailed the owner once again, and as usual it took her a while to respond, about a week. she asked for pictures which I did send, and said she would send me some more hair. I ordered 2 20inch Malaysian body waves and after waiting an additional two weeks since she said she would send me hair of better quality (explaining that every now and then she received a bad batch of hair)she sent me a 10 inch Mongolian kinky curly and a 12inch Brazilian curly. I was very upset at this point and she simply told me because it had been longer than a month there was nothing she could do. It took so long because she takes forever to respond to her customers. Don't waste your money here!!! You never know what you're going to get. I will repost this everyday so no one experiences the terrible customer service and bad quality of hair that I did.
