I ordered a kindle which cost over 100 euros. It arrived 5 weeks after I ordered (customer service we utterly terrible - literally emailed me one moment telling me the order was still on its way to me, then emailed 5 minutes later to say 'we can see its been delivered'. It had not! Anyway, it arrived faulty, and now no reply to emails. Their customer service is a shambles, no contact number for this company.... I doubt I'll be successful with my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! User's recommendation: Terrible company, scam!!!!
