Terrible company, do not order from them!

I ordered a kindle which cost over 100 euros. It arrived 5 weeks after I ordered (customer service we utterly terrible – literally emailed me one moment telling me the order was still on its way to me, then emailed 5 minutes later to say ‘we can see its been delivered’. No contact details of the seller

Bought phone from EGC. After 4 months the phone stopped working. To do warranty service i need to contact seller. EGC only provide 1 email address to contact them which is invalid and there any other ways to talk to them. Email address provided for customer service alex@***.co.uk is invalid User’s recommendation: Avoid.
