I just got my phone on 10/28/20. The phone was activated already. I can't make outgoing phone calls? I can receive incoming phone calls, I can send and receive text messages, and my internet works!!!!! When I call 611 it says server error. And when I try to make a call it hangs up on me not going Thur like it's supposed to. Do you think that the phone isn't activated all the way? Does it take 24 hours to fully activate? User's recommendation: It takes a full 24 hours for your phone to activate. So don't worry if certain things aren't working at first, but they will!!!!!
