Well supposedly I'm going to get refund of $75 from Doctor Leonard and that ridiculous customer service people that they have. They employ ...the ""Regina "" customer service will be the funding me or crediting my account for $75 I never ordered a protection plan for $14.95. next today I will be going to my bank which is down the block I live in New York City so everything is convenience and I will put a red warning on this company just in case they get the idea of getting any more money after February I have November December January and February my last payment is February they are not anyway ... they're not authorized but after reading a lot of reviews they have the audacity to collect Monies from People's Bank account unauthorised people please steer clear from Doctor Leonardo's it's been a nightmare. Just remember Dr Leonard and Clan don't you dare go into my account unauthorized or I am going to sued you for every freaking Penny you have. And also I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in New York city so let's see what's going on Doctor ur Leonard or who else are you going to jerk around ?
