Wrong delivery without the promo item and wrong quantity of shorts

ordered from Mark Belt plus size shorts which stated 4 different colored items and if I order 2 sets there will be a promo gift watch. Please cancel the LEX.PH [MAA] not performing good.

Does not consider a second delivery attempt even already been advised since the recipient is out of town. No text message received from the courier. Reason of failed delivery is inaccurate. Has reported attempted delivery but, is actually not on site. User’s recommendation: I want to change a delivery partner.
