I can just say ditto to ALL the other complaints!! I have sent four jars back with requests to stop sending and stop charging my account for the SkinTek product which doesn't work at all. I have called and they say they can't find my account, that they don't carry this product, etc... I now have to go through my bank to deal with this issue. It is unbelievable that companies can get away with this and stay in business. Sherri
