Pack was to be delivered on Friday July 31, did not come, when checking via track #, item is still pending, Fedex told me it was economy shipping.

It is sent economy shipping which takes longer but the standard charge is always $11.88, I think that is another way Everything But The House makes a profit. User’s recommendation: I’ll hold judgement I’m waiting for a call back from their customer service.

Difficult communication

Hard to get in touch with to report a shipping problem. Will not allow you to speak to a person. Must send email or leave voicemail. Customer service number is always busy. User’s recommendation: Don’t let them use FedEx.
