Came in the morning for a regular pm. Ine of the filters were too tied, so the guy who was trying to release, put all his power and weight trying to release a simple fuel filter, where its housing it's aluminium so it broke in half. Not only I'm sitting here, waiting for this part arrive per more than 24 hours, but nobody care about it. Finally the part arrived, and now I have to wait feel more hours, cause they said has other trucks in front of me waiting for service. They definitely are playing a ridiculous joke, or they have no crue then a loaded truck has to be moving or gonna leave behind the schedule af a truck driver, his customer, a broker and a transportation company. I asked already please, install my new fuel filter housing, so I can start working again....they just said, all the mechanics are working on different trucks, an when we have a open for you, we are going to take care. This is in Duncan, SC, where I'm sitting here per more than 24 hours, and they already have the new part they broken o
