its has been over 8 weeks since I started the claim to fix my a/c unit . They never call me to let me know what is going on. I just called again 05/25/2010 to find out that the equipment they ordered is no longer availible. but they were working on getting it replaced. I just finished reading 12 complaints from other home owners with simular problems with this company. How can a company like this one stay be alowed to rip off so many people and not get shut down ??? tell everyone, post it everywhere DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY HOMESURE OF AMERICA, INC / TOTAL PROTECT HOME SERVICE PLAN...
