Service – incorrect order delivered

Incorrect order was delivered to me 27th July 2020 with no documents after sending an email cancelling and requesting a refund due to the order taking the 4 weeks and not getting any communication. I have called the call centre and was told to send an email with pictures of the incorrect order. On the 31st of July I was promised by Dwayne in complaints to call me back with a feedback. It has been a week no response I am still stuck with the device that has no documents.
