RUDE receptionist (short heavy woman) Lost my blood test results

This was at the Franklin Ave Lab in Berlin Md. I'm a Senior and couldn't understand her mumbling with mask on - I did not deserve eye rolls and other disrespectful behavior. Now you cant get a human on the phone &;;;; my bloodwork is missing. Never will use them again. User's recommendation: Dont use Franklin Ave Berlin Md facility.
