I ordered specs on 6th Aug - paid over £90 for them and they still haven't arrived, on the 21st day I did a chat room talk with "Bill" he said I had to wait a further 2 days - to allow the courier time to deliver - not sure why another 2 days would help, but felt he was stalling me, I called again today and surprise surprise they still haven't arrived, he agreed to now send replacement - which I believe are the original pair, and I got free shipping - whoop whoop!!! this company's customer service is a joke! He wouldn't say anything just kept to a script which makes me think that its not real people behind the chat room - I await to see if they actually arrive but now its another 7-10 days - be warned!!
