I ordered a Rising International dress, a brand I am familiar with, in a size Large. Well the seller must of washed it and put it in a dryer or something the caused it to shrink. I set them pictures. Also the measurements are not those of sizing given by company. Also has spots on back. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND I AM 78 YEARS OLD.
