I contacted you earlier today regarding the Bed that I recently ordered from your company which was damaged upon arrival The Bed that i ordered was the "Coaster Maywood Full Metal Bed with Headboard in Bronze...The order # is VCR121-********. I sent photos to you today of the damaged bed with my earlier request After that i received the Review as indicated above It is important that we get this resolved very quickly as we are preparing for quests very soon Our question is "How long before we hear from you "? it is very frustrating that we cannot speak to someone in customer service which is a very poor customer service policy..
